The Longwood Arts & Crafts Festival turns 50 this year, and it takes over the streets of historic downtown Longwood on November 21–22, 2026. It’s free to attend, it’s packed with more than 150 artists and crafters, and it lands the weekend before Thanksgiving, so it has become a local tradition for kicking off holiday shopping.
The festival is regularly named to Sunshine Artist Magazine’s list of the 200 best festivals in the country. That’s a big deal for a small Seminole County city, and the 50th anniversary makes 2026 a good year to go if you never have.
When and where is the Longwood Arts & Crafts Festival?
The 2026 festival runs Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22 in Longwood’s historic district. For GPS, use 175 W. Warren Ave, Longwood, FL 32750.
Organizers haven’t posted 2026 hours yet. Last year it ran 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on Sunday, so plan on similar times and check the official festival site closer to the date.
Where to park
Parking is free in two main lots:
- The former Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital, 555 W SR 434
- The Longwood SunRail lot, 149 E. Church Ave
Accessible parking is available at Reiter Park, 331 W. Warren Ave, and the festival grounds are fully accessible.
What to expect
About 98% of the 150+ exhibitors are original artists, so most of what you’ll find is handmade: fine jewelry, seasonal decor and other handcrafted pieces. It’s a strong place to buy one-of-a-kind holiday gifts and meet the people who made them.
Beyond the booths, there’s a free kid zone, festival food, beer, wine and cocktails, and live entertainment on both days.
Tips for visiting
- Arrive early. The streets fill up by late morning, especially on Saturday.
- Take SunRail if you can. The Longwood station lot is one of the official parking areas, so the train drops you right near the festival.
- Leave the dog at home. Pets are allowed, but organizers strongly suggest skipping it because the streets get crowded.
- Bring a tote. You’ll be carrying gifts from booth to booth.
See you downtown
